This creamy bean puree will add a gourmet touch to your dinner party.
Ingredients
- 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
- 80ml (1/3 cup) Massel chicken style liquid stock
Method
- Step 1Process the beans, cream and oregano in a food processor until smooth.
- Step 2Transfer to a saucepan. Place over medium heat. Add the stock and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
