Ingredients
- 1/2 (750g) pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 1 large mango, peeled, chopped
- 4 passionfruit, halved
- 2 cups lemonade
Method
- Step 1Place pineapple and mango in a food processor or blender. Blend or process until smooth. Remove to a jug. Add passionfruit pulp and lemonade. Stir to combine.
- Step 2Pour mixture into moulds. Insert paddle pop sticks or secure with lids. Freeze until set.
- Step 3Remove ice-blocks from moulds. Serve.

Notes
You’ll need eighteen 1/3 cup (80ml) capacity plastic ice-block moulds and 18 paddle-pop sticks. Tip: If ice-blocks are too hard to remove, place moulds under warm, running water for 3 seconds. Variation: For mixed-berry ice-blocks, blend or process 500g hulled and chopped strawberries, 250g raspberries and the pulp of 4 passionfruit until smooth. Stir in lemonade. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
