extra virgin olive oil
plain goat cheese at room temperature
fresh rosemary, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350. Slice baguette into thin, 1/4 inch slices. Brush each with olive oil and place on rimmed baking sheet. Toast for a few minutes. Do not brown.
- Spread goat cheese on each and return to oven to slightly brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with walnuts and rosemary and then drizzle with honey to taste.
