10 fluid ounces freshly brewed coffee
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, softened
1 tablespoon xylitol
1/2 tablespoon medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
