Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Masterfoods sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons Golden Fields peanut oil
- 500g Heart Smart diced pork
- 500g broccoli, trimmed, broken into florets
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, chopped
- 440g can Home brand pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
- 520g jar Carb Options Thai Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
- Raguletto Less-Carb Pasta or small rice portion, cooked, to serve
Method
- Step 1Heat a wok or a large, deep frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the sesame seeds and toss for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Step 2Heat half the peanut oil. Stir-fry half the pork for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Repeat with the remaining pork.
- Step 3Heat the remaining oil. Add the broccoli, capsicum and 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or just until the broccoli is tender.
- Step 4Add the pork, pineapple pieces and stir-fry sauce. Stir through until heated through. Serve on pasta or rice, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top.

Notes
Sesame seeds are a vitamin-rich natural food supplement which help to aid repair and renewal of body tissue and help the body to cope with stress. Lean pork is a good protein choice as it is lower in fat than skinless chicken breast and is rich in vitamins and minerals such as zinc and iron.
