Serve these beautiful mini pavlovas with a refreshing lemon and lime sorbet.
Ingredients
- 250g strawberries, hulled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 passionfruit, pulp removed (see note)
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 4 pavlova nests
- lemon and lime sorbet, to serve
Method
- Step 1Combine strawberries, lime juice, passionfruit pulp and caster sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
- Step 2Arrange pavlova nests on plates. Top each with a scoop of sorbet. Spoon over strawberry mixture. Serve.
