250g strawberries, hulled, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 passionfruit, pulp removed (see note)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
4 pavlova nests
lemon and lime sorbet, to serve
Step 1Combine strawberries, lime juice, passionfruit pulp and caster sugar in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
Step 2Arrange pavlova nests on plates. Top each with a scoop of sorbet. Spoon over strawberry mixture. Serve.

You will need 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp. You could use canned passionfruit pulp instead.
