Ingredients
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jam
- 12 corn chips
- 1/2 banana, cut lengthways into 4 slices
- 8 raisins
Method
- Step 1Spread 1 slice bread with peanut butter and jam. Top with another bread slice. Cut into 4 triangles. Place the triangles, pointed-side up, on serving plates. Divide corn chips among the sandwiches to make the spikes. Place 1 banana slice at 1 end of each sandwich to make the head. Place raisins, 1 on each side, at 1 end of the banana to make the eyes to serve.
