This warming cinnamon-infused cocktail is a wonderful way to start your evening – it tastes divine and soothes away any winter chills.
Ingredients
- 1 x 750ml btl sparkling cider
- 1 x 7cm cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 180ml brandy
Method
- Step 1Place the cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the cinnamon stick and honey and bring to a simmer.
- Step 2Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes to infuse.
- Step 3Divide the brandy among serving glasses. Top with the cider mixture and serve immediately.
