tablespoons olive olil

sprigs rosemary

provolone cheese

50gr
flour

eggs

lemon

pinch salt
Directions
-
Slice onions.
Braise them in a pan with olive oil and rosemary.
Add salt and sugar and let become dark.
Let cool down. -
Mix eggs with 250gr of cream, flour and minced provolone cheese.
Add the onion at the mix.
Put the mix in little bakink-pans.
Baking for 10min at 180°C. - Mix lemon juice with 100gr of cream and 1 pinch of salt.

Serve the flan with cream and adorne with rosemary sprig.
