Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 4cm lengths
- 125g baby corn, halved lengthways
- 200g snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chang's sesame oil
Method
- Step 1Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add asparagus and corn, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the snow peas, ginger and garlic and stir-fry a further 1 minute.
- Step 2Add the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute. Toss through the sesame oil. Serve immediately, as an accompaniment to your favourite beef, lamb or chicken dish.
