Spice up your meal with this quick and easy stir-fry on the side.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 200g sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 60g snow pea sprouts, trimmed
Method
- Step 1Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil. Swirl to coat. Add sugar snap peas. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sesame seeds, chilli and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Step 2Add snow peas to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until peas are just tender. Add honey and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through. Serve topped with sprouts.
