Black radish, thinly sliced (using a mandolin)

cup Sea salt

Good crusty bread
Directions
- Make a brine by combining the salt and water. Add the sliced radish. Place in the refrigerator and soak in the brine for 3 to 5 days.
- To serve: Butter a slice of the good crusty bread and place a slice of the radish on top. Enjoy!
