3 cups Basmati rice
Pinch of saffron threads
Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Step 1Place rice and 4 cups cold water in a medium heavy-based saucepan over high heat. Add saffron. Stir to combine. Cover. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Step 2Fluff rice with a fork. Set aside, partially covered, for 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
