tablespoon Garlic Ghee
Salt and Pepper
- Have a pot of water, seasoned with salt, and brought to a boil.
- Wash, peel, and cube the parsnips.
- Add in the ghee and seasoning and blend until incorporated.
- Serve immediately or store in a glass container.
