Classic rocket and parmesan salad is the perfect accompaniment to the weekend barbecue.
Ingredients
- 100g baby rocket
- 3/4 cup shaved parmesan
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
- Step 1Place rocket and parmesan in a large bowl. Combine olive oil and lemon juice in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve salad with steak.
