Medium Carrots

Crushed Sea Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- On parchment paper lined baking sheets place carrots, drizzle olive oil, garlic and sea salt over carrots. Mix together with hands.
- Roast carrots for 30 minutes.
