Ingredients
- 1kg Queensland blue pumpkin (see note), peeled, deseeded, sliced into 1cm-thick wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons MasterFoods® Whole Cumin Seed
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pumpkin in a lightly greased roasting pan. Combine oil, honey and cumin seeds in a jug. Pour over pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper and turn to coat.
- Step 2Roast pumpkin for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and tender. Serve.

Notes
Queensland blue is a versatile pumpkin variety good for roasting, steaming and boiling. To store unused pumpkin, remove and discard seeds, wrap pumpkin tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
