Ingredients
- 400g wholemeal pasta spirals
- 500g broccoli, cut into small florets
- 300g reduced-fat ricotta
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
- 1 lemon, rind finely grated
- Freshly ground pepper
- 185g can chilli tuna, drained, flaked
Method
- Step 1Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Add the broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Return to the saucepan.
- Step 2Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, basil and lemon rind. Season with pepper.
- Step 3Add ricotta mixture and tuna to pan. Toss gently to combine. Divide among serving dishes. Top with freshly ground pepper to serve
