The kids will love dipping fruit into this yoghurt dip. For little kids, serve the fruits cut into slices rather than on skewers.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar mixture
- 500g strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 700g seedless watermelon, peeled, cut into 3cm cubes
Equipment
- 8 pre-soaked bamboo skewers
Method
- Step 1Process sugar and half the strawberries until smooth. Divide yoghurt between 4 airtight containers. Dollop one-quarter of the strawberry mixture into each container. Using a wooden skewer, swirl mixtures to form a marble pattern.
- Step 2Halve the remaining strawberries. Thread on skewers alternately with watermelon. Serve skewers with yoghurt mixture.
