Make the kids feel special on their first day of school with a sweet treat of red fruit salad.
Ingredients
- 200g thickly sliced watermelon, cut into 2cm pieces
- 125g strawberries, hulled, quartered
- 75g raspberries
- 125g red grapes
- 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
Method
- Step 1Combine watermelon, strawberries, raspberries and grapes in a bowl. 2 Divide mixture between four 1?2 cup- capacity containers. Top with yoghurt. Seal with lids. Refrigerate.
