Prawns with Lemongrass

- 1 piece Cabbage
- 50 milliliters Mizkan vinegar rice
- 10 grams Cane sugar
- Cilantro
- 30 milliliters Olive oil
- 10 milliliters vegetable oil
- 5 milliliters Sesame oil
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 10 pieces prawns
- 1 piece White Onion
- 25 grams Ginger
- 2 pieces Lemongrass
Instructions
In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
