With bought pizza base, a few fresh toppings and this supremely good recipe, you’re never more than 15 minutes away from digging into a slice of pizza heaven.
Ingredients
- 125ml (1/2 cup) passata (tomato pasta sauce)
- 2 Bazaar Pizza Bases
- 150g bocconcini, thinly sliced
- 150g roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 16 peeled green prawns
- 160g (2/3 cup) bought basil pesto
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 250ºC. Preheat 2 baking trays in oven.
- Step 2Spread the passata over the pizza bases. Divide the bocconcini, roasted capsicum and prawns between the bases. Bake for 10 minutes or until the prawns change colour. Top with dollops of the pesto.
