cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Peel and cut each potato into 1/4 thick slices.
- Place potatoes into 8×8 baking dish. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Pour Eva milk and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
