Ingredients
- 500g pineapple (about 1/4 pineapple), peeled, quartered and thinly sliced
- 4 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
- 250g punnet strawberries, hulled and finely diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Method
- Step 1Lay the pineapple and kiwifruit decoratively on a large platter. Cover and refrigerate until required.
- Step 2In a bowl combine the strawberries, honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the fruit with the strawberry balsamic dressing and serve immedi ately.
