Ingredients
- Coles grill butterflied beef (with pepper and chilli)
Carrot Salad
- 4 carrots, peeled, shredded
- 1/4 wombok, finely shredded
- 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 4 spring onions, shredded
- 1/3 cup Paul Newman's own classic Asian dressing
Method
- Step 1Preheat chargrill or barbecue on high. Cook beef according to packet directions. Remove from heat and rest for 10 mins.
- Step 2Meanwhile, combine carrot, wombok, spring onions and coriander leaves in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
- Step 3Thickly slice beef. Serve with carrot salad.
