Not just for dessert, this creamy yoghurt makes a great snack at any time of the day.
Ingredients
- 1 x 800g can peach slices, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 520g (2 cups) vanilla yoghurt
- Almond bread, to serve
Method
- Step 1Place the peaches in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
- Step 2Spoon the yoghurt among serving bowls. Pour over the peach mixture. Top with almond bread to serve.
