1 half of a papaya

cup chia pudding

teaspoon raw pumpkin seeds

teaspoon hemp seeds

teaspoon bee pollen

teaspoon cacao nibs

sprig fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Slice a papaya in half and scoop out the seeds. Save the other half for later.
- Place chia pudding in the center of the papaya half and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, bee pollen and fresh mint.
- Serve and enjoy!
