grams new potatoes

tablespoons olive oil

bunch fresh herbs (I used rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, wild garlic)

clove of garlic

lemon

pinch salt

pinch pepper
Directions
- Cook potatoes in salty water for about 15 minutes, until tender but not falling apart. Drain potatoes.
- Heat up olive oil in a large pan or wok and add potatoes. Cook for 5-10 minutes tossing occasionally until golden brown.
- Add chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and juice of a lemon and mix well together. Enjoy!
