Ingredients

cups un-sweetened (“no sugar added”) muesli cereal, or other leftover breakfast cereal

cups oatmeal

teaspoon cinnamon

teaspoon nutmeg

teaspoon sea salt

cup canola oil

1 1/2
cups maple syrup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and spread in a greased 9×13″ jelly roll pan. Bake at 250 F for about 75 minutes. Flip once with spatula (pieces will be in chunks not crumbles). Bake for 30 minutes longer. Let cool until dry and crunchy. If not crunchy enough, continue baking, being careful not to over do it!
