Ingredients
- 375g strawberries, hulled
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 mangoes
- Lemon gelato, to serve
Method
- Step 1Place 250g strawberries in a blender. Add sugar. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a jug. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
- Step 2Slice remaining strawberries. Peel mangoes and chop flesh. Layer mangoes, strawberries, strawberry sauce and gelato in serving glasses. Serve immediately.
