Cheese Buttons
-
22
ounces cottage cheese (whole or lowfat)
-
1/2
teaspoon salt
-
2
cups flour
-
4
eggs
-
1
teaspoon baking powder

1
medium onion
-
1-2
tablespoons butter
-

- Mix all the ingredients for the cheese buttons together in a large bowl.
- Place rounded tablespoons full of the cheese button mixture on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- While buttons are cooking, prepare sauteed onions. Place 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.

- Once cheese buttons are baked, remove from baking sheet and place in a casserole dish.
