teaspoon Pinch of sea salt and organic GF ground black pepper

pieces organic celery stalks, cut lengthwise

tablespoon organic GF sweet paprika

piece organic GF bay leaf

tablespoons organic pure tomato paste

pieces lamb shanks

pieces organic carrots, cut lengthwise

cup red wine

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Generously salt and pepper the lamb shank
- In a large creuset pot add coconut oil and lamb shank and brown on all sides, remove from pot and keep warm
- Add the vegetables and paprika and sauté for 3 minutes, return lamb shank to the pot and add remaining ingredients and stir
