Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons water
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 frozen avocado
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Soak chia seeds in 3 tablespoons water for 10 minutes.

Combine coconut milk, avocado, peanut butter, chia seeds, coconut oil, cocoa powder, ice cubes, and 1/4 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with cocoa nibs and cinnamon.
