This quick and easy dessert is loved by the young and old.
Ingredients
- 9g sachet low-joule raspberry jelly crystals
- 1 cup boiling water
- 250g strawberries, hulled, sliced
- 150g blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla custard
Method
- Step 1Place jelly crystals in a jug. Pour over boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water.
- Step 2Pour jelly into four 1-cup capacity glasses. Spoon half the strawberries and blueberries into jellies. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Step 3Top jellies with remaining strawberries and blueberries and custard. Serve.
