Ingredients

cup smooth spicy roasted tomato salsa

cup guacamole

grams ground beef

cup vegan cheese

1
bowl of tortilla chips

small onion finely chopped

1
clove of garlic finely chopped

½
bell pepper finely chopped

½
cups tomato puree
-
1
finely sliced Jalapeño pepper

cup water
Directions
- Heat a pan
- Brown the beef
- Add onion, garlic and bell peppers. Stir through constantly until onion and bell peppers are soft
- Add the tomato puree and keep stirring
- Now add the sliced Jalapeño peppers and stir before adding water
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes
- Put tortilla chips on a plate
- Take beef mixture from the heat and spread on top of the nacho chips
- Cover with salsa, guacamole and (vegan) cheese
- Ready to serve
