garlic cloves (minced)

cup onion (diced)

cup golden raisins

teaspoon coarse salt

teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon allspice

1/2
teaspoon nutmeg

teaspoon cumin

tablespoons butter
Directions
- Add olive oil to Instant Pot and select Sauté setting
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until ingredients start to brown (about 2-3 minutes)
- Add chicken broth, rice, golden raisins, and spices to Instant Pot
- Place lid on, and make sure indicator is set to Sealing
- Set for 10 minutes on HIGH using the Manual setting
- Once pressure has built up and the 10 minutes is complete, let pressure come down naturally for 10 minutes
- Let steam out by turning the indicator to Venting and open lid
- Add butter and fluff rice with a fork
- Serve immediately or store in a glass container in your refrigerator
