Light and refreshing, this fruity dessert is full of exotic flavours.
Ingredients
- 270ml coconut cream
- 60g (1/3 cup) grated palm sugar or brown sugar
- 565g can lychees, drained
- 2 mangoes, cheeks removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 2 avocados, stone removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
- Crushed ice, to serve
Method
- Step 1Stir the coconut cream and sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
- Step 2Arrange lychees, mango, avocado and ice in a serving bowl. Drizzle over the coconut cream mixture.
