Ciabatta bread or similar

Honey to drizzle

Soft Goat cheese

Ripe, but still firm pears

Fresh rosemary
Directions
- Grill pears. Place on top of sliced bread. Drizzle with honey. Cover with some goat cheese.
- Let the cheese melt in the 180º heated oven for about 10min. Decorate with rosemary. Serve warm.
