Peanut butter, banana and honey on muffins for breakfast will kick start your day.
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh ricotta
- 1 small banana, thinly sliced
- Honey to serve
Method
- Step 1Cut muffin in half horizontally. Toast until golden. Spread each muffin half with peanut butter. Top each muffin half with ricotta. Arrange banana over the muffins. Drizzle over honey to serve.
