cup Shallots

cup Lime Juice

shot Olive Oil

tablespoon Salt & Pepper

handful Parsley
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix up. At the end drizzle in the lime juice, olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Go what with tastes good to you! More peppers, more lime, whatever you think you want to do. Served with organic yellow & blue tortilla chips.
