Serve these sweet and cheesy pork chops with a green salad for a complete weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large (200g each) pork loin chops
- 225g can pineapple pieces in natural syrup, drained
- 100g shaved leg ham, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup low-fat grated cheese
- Green salad, to serve
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chops into a large ovenproof baking dish.
- Step 2Mix together pineapple, ham, oregano, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto chops. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Step 3Bake chops for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with salad.
