Ring for a pizza and wait ages, or buy a ready-made base and make this Hawaiian pizza in half the time.
Ingredients
- 450g Pizza Base
- 180g (about 3 or 4) bocconcini
- 1 slice (80g) 97% fat-free triple smoked leg ham
- 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the pizza base on a lightly greased pizza tray.
- Step 2Slice each bocconcini into 4 slices. Roll up the ham and thinly slice.
- Step 3Arrange bocconcini over pizza base. Scatter ham and pineapple over the top. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden. Season with freshly ground pepper. Scatter the coriander leaves over the top. Cut into eight slices. Serve with mixed salad leaves.
