Fill your lunch-box with these great lunch, morning tea and snack ideas.
Ingredients
- 200g mini farfalle pasta
- 1 x 310g can corn kernels, drained
- 1 x 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150g ham slices, coarsely chopped
- 80g (1 cup) grated cheddar
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 125ml (1/2 cup) caesar salad dressing
Method
- Step 1Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
- Step 2Combine the pasta, corn, tomato, ham, cheddar and cucumber in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss until well combined. Store in an airtight container.

Notes
For morning tea, try popcorn: Make your own plain popcorn and divide among sealable plastic bags. Add 1 bag of popcorn to each lunch-box. For a healthy snack, make a melon medley: Add 1 x 375g pkt Woolworths Fresh melon medley to the lunch-box. Tip: Keep the salad cool by storing it next to a cold drink or an ice block in the lunch-box.
