- 600g jap pumpkin, deseeded, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Step 1Place pumpkin in a large bowl. Add oil, paprika and garlic. Toss to coat.
- Step 2Heat a chargrill over medium-high heat. Cook pumpkin for 5 to 7 minutes each side or until browned and tender. Serve.
