ounces spreadable chevre

fresh tarragon

honey
Directions
- Fire up the barbecue!
- Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place cut side down on a hot grill. Cook a few minutes until peaches begin to warm up and searing marks are visible.
- Remove and spread cut sides with honey. Top with 1/4 of the chevre and garnish with fresh tarragon leaves. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated and serve cold later.
