Grapes and oranges make a sweet dessert combination.
Ingredients
- 300g bunch Thompson seedless grapes, grapes picked
- 2 oranges, peeled, segmented
- 1 1/3 cup (350g) Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
Method
- Step 1Toss the grapes and orange segments together. Divide between four 3/4 cup (185ml) dishes.
- Step 2Top each one with 1/3 cup of yoghurt. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and allow to dissolve slightly before serving.
