This creamy cocktail, topped with orange rind, is a great way to warm up winter nights.
Ingredients

2 1/2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee

750ml (3 cups) boiling water

80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream

1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind

30ml Grand Marnier liqueur

Extra grated orange rind, to serve
Method

Step 1Place the coffee in the base of a 1L (4-cup) capacity coffee plunger. Add water and set aside for 3-4 minutes to brew. Slowly push down the plunger.

Step 2Meanwhile, use a balloon whisk to whisk the cream and orange rind in a small bowl until soft peaks form.

Step 3Divide the Grand Marnier between 2 heatproof serving glasses. Top with coffee. Spoon over the cream mixture. Top with extra orange rind to serve.
