Celebrate Mother’s Day in a special way with these easy garlic and thyme mushrooms!
Ingredients
- 8 large flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- 80g butter, cut into small cubes
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Method
- Step 1Preheat grill on high. Place mushrooms, stalk side up, on a large baking tray. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Grill for 10 minutes or until just tender and cooked through. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
