Celebrate Mother’s Day in a special way with these easy garlic and thyme mushrooms!
Ingredients

8 large flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed

80g butter, cut into small cubes

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

8 sprigs fresh thyme

1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Method

Step 1Preheat grill on high. Place mushrooms, stalk side up, on a large baking tray. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Grill for 10 minutes or until just tender and cooked through. Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve.
