This kids will love this fruit-filled jelly.
Ingredients
- 85g packet mango-flavoured jelly crystals
- 1 cup boiling water
- 140g tub diced two-fruits, drained
- 140g tub diced apricot, drained
Method
- Step 1Place jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water. Whisk until crystals have dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water. Stir until well combined. Cover. Place in freezer for 45 minutes or until jelly starts to set.
- Step 2Gently stir fruit into jelly. Spoon into four 1/2-cup capacity glasses, ramekins or jelly moulds. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Serve.
