When the festivities are over and you don’t feel like spending too much more time in the kitchen, whip up these tasty pizzas.
Ingredients
- 4 (280g) pita bread rounds
- 140g tub pizza sauce
- 200g thinly sliced leg ham, chopped
- 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
- 1 medium green capsicum, chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat grated mozzarella cheese
Method
- Step 1Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Spread pizza sauce over pita breads. Top with ham, pineapple and capsicum. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bread crisp. Serve.

Notes
For a BBQ turkey pizza, replace pizza sauce with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, ham with turkey and pineapple with 4 thinly sliced button mushrooms.
